Cloudflare’s open-source 27B multimodal decision model for high-precision decisions.
Clef is a 27B decision model from Cloudflare’s Workers AI team, fine-tuned from Qwen3.8-27B. It reads a state (text or JSON, plus up to four images) and typed questions, and returns a probability for each allowed answer. Weights are Apache-2.0 on Hugging Face; it is also served on Workers AI (@cf/cloudflare/clef). Cloudflare reports leading 7 of 10 decision benchmarks within the Clef family and a 209 ms median latency (vendor-reported).
